She was predeceased by: her parents, John Childress and Pauline Childress (Gilbert). She is survived by: her children, Jamie Eitzen (Daniel) of Muldrow, Oklahoma and Jason Gilliam of Greenwood; and her sisters, Darlene Madle of Harrison and Melba Flaspohler (Bill) of Fort Smith.
