Boualy is survived by: husband Phoumee Xayaleuth; son-in-law Keven Xayaleuth; great grandchildren, Domanick Xayaleuth, Adrian Xayaleuth, Melanie Xayaleuth and Jasmine Xayaleuth; granddaughter Vithaya Khamphoumy; great grandchildren, Julian Xayaleuth, Cobredi Khamphoumy and Brandon Ditthavong; daughter-in-law Kaden Ditthavong; grandchildren, Sabella Ditthavong and Xaycosy Ditthavong; daughter-in-law Calyna Na Nguyen; granddaughter Zaidon Thongdy; great grandchild Ariana Joy Ditthavong; and grandchildren, Aaron Jay Ditthavong, Phoukhaothong Ditthavong, Skyler Ditthavong, Sarena Ditthavong, Jarett Ditthavong and Jonathan Ditthavong Linares.
