He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Smith; his sons, Timothy Smith (Gaylene) of Fort Smith, Larry Smith of Midland, AR and Andy Smith of Greenwood, AR; his grandchildren, Jami Hentzen (Brandon) of Skiatook, OK., Travis Smith (Jeanne) of Fort Smith and Tyler Smith (Charity) of Central City, AR.; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Aber, Braden Hentzen, Braeli Hentzen, Coby, Hannah Porter, Addyson and Colton Smith; and his brothers, Clarence Smith (Shirley) of Van Buren, AR. and John Smith (Linda) of Van Buren, AR.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
