He is survived by: his son Billy Dale Suter; his siblings, Twana Suter (Kenny Morse) of Liberty, Oklahoma and Bobby Suter (Diane) of Liberty, Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Perkins, Travis Perkins, Chris Perkins, Charles Suter Jr., Coby Perkins, Josh Suter, Tracy Willet, Lana Fisher, Debbie Blake, Tammy McLendon, Brenda Storms, Katrina Moore and Tabatha Suter.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel - Fort Smith (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904).
