He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Spivey and Maydell Spivey (Lewis); his former wife Linda Sue Spivey; and his brothers, Jerry Junior Spivey, Alton Lynn Spivey and Bobby Joe Spivey.
He is survived by: his wife Suzie Spivey; his children, Ashley Ndungu of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Candace Spivey of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his stepdaughter Sarah Pickler (Donnie Pickler); his grandchildren, Jaida, Jaxon and Presley; his stepgrandchildren, Will, Sophie and Cooper; and his sisters, Irene Krannig of Fredericktown, Missouri, Patsy Worley of Anderson, Norma Hall of Duncan, Oklahoma and Juanita (Charles Matthews) of Duncan, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel - Fort Smith (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Roland City Cemetery (446 Mayfield Dr, Roland, AR 74954).
