He is survived by: his children, James William Treadaway (Kristen Bowling) and Ziva Bowling of Fort Smith; his former wife Paula Treadaway of Fort Smith; and his siblings, Dorothy Miller of Shirley, AR, George A. Treadaway, Jr. of Van Buren, Jerry Treadaway of Fort Smith and Kenneth Treadaway of Van Buren.
