He was predeceased by: his parents, Charly Taylor and Lenor Taylor (Epperson); and his siblings, Virginia Savage, Betty Yoder and Marvin "Bud" Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Taylor; his sons, Billy J. Taylor (Laurie) of San Diego and Ernie C. Taylor (Vicki) of Alma; his sister Jadean Yoder of Englewood, CO; his brother-in-law George Hayes of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Tyson, Dustin, Sherinna Taylor, Savana Chapman, Anthony Vollmar, Jonna and Tori Taylor. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
