He is survived by: his wife Gail Ann; his children, Cheryl Ann Humphrey (Rick) of Centerville, TN and Tom Bardrick (Deborah) of Fort Smith; and his grandchildren, Anna Bardrick Crooke (Dan) and Thomas Charles Bardrick (Haylee).
