He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Shaffer and Jewel Shaffer (Moses). He is survived by: his wife Norma; his daughters, Rochelle Loewen, Vickie Spicer (Dale) and Renee Campbell (Philip); his grandchildren, Adam Spicer (Chasity), Josh Loewen (Callie), Jason Spicer, Emily Loewen and Colin Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Ethan Spicer.
