It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Shaffer of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Van Buren, Arkansas, who passed away on July 18, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Shaffer and Jewel Shaffer (Moses). He is survived by: his wife Norma; his daughters, Rochelle Loewen, Vickie Spicer (Dale) and Renee Campbell (Philip); his grandchildren, Adam Spicer (Chasity), Josh Loewen (Callie), Jason Spicer, Emily Loewen and Colin Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Ethan Spicer.
