He is survived by: his children, John Ketcham of Cameron, Oklahoma, Bobby J. Ketcham of Cameron, Oklahoma, Tammy Luper (Ginger Spiller) of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Curtis Luper of Bentonville, Arkansas; and his sisters, Glenda Suter of Naples, Florida and Doris Hunt of Iowa. He is also survived by many grand children and great grand children.
