He was predeceased by: his parents, W. R. Kelton and Mary Kelton (Ross); and his siblings, Ruby King, Gwen Haggard and M. B. Kelton.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Lee Kelton (Hammontree); his sons, Steve Kelton of Van Buren and Kevin Kelton of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Amanda Davis (Matt) of Beebe, Daniel Kelton (Tara) of Greenwood and Kelsey Kelton of Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Georgia, Jack Davis of Beebe, Charlie and Chase Kelton of Greenwood.
In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution may be made to the Heritage Church Building Fund, 1604 East Pointer Trail, Van Buren Arkansas 72956.
