He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter I. Johnson and Nannie Belle Johnson (Bowman); and his sisters, Ramona Joiner, Gwen Romanello and Laverne Hennesey.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Laura Johnson (Rod Fortner) of Fort Smith, Amy Spurlock (Dain) of Conway, AR., Beth Bailey (John) of Sterling, VA and Leslie Crable of Fort Smith, AR; and his grandchildren, Griffin Crable, Ryan Crable and Alex Bailey.
