He is survived by: his children, Billy Douglas (Cheri) of Fort Smith, Crystal Douglas of Fort Smith and Sabrina Moquett of Fort Smith; his brothers, Herman Douglas (June) of Fort Smith and Earl Douglas of Fort Smith; and his grandchildren, Billy Douglas III of Fort Smith, Chasity Douglas of Fort Smith and Cass Moquett II of Fort Smith.
