She was predeceased by: her parents, Granvil W. Rozell and Beulah Rozell (Scott); her husband Bob Middleton; and her great grandchild Adele Cross. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Middleton and Leslie Forte (Joe); her siblings, Barbara Kennedy, Shirley Baker (James), Lee Rozell (Carla) and Rick Rozell (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Corporal, Brittany, Hannah, Erin, Dusty and Emily. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
