With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jean (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on August 17, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim White and Myrtle Gipson White; her former husband Joe Kenneth Long; her husband Harvey Dunafan; her son Joe Long, Jr.; and her son-in-law Grady Shipley.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Shipley of Barling, AR, Cindi Geheb (Jerry Geheb) of Lavaca, AR., Gary Long (Janet) of Brewton Alabama, Stanley Long of Barling, AR. and David Dunafan (Pat) of Newalla, OK.; and her sister Zona Smothers of Barling, AR.. She is also survived by Sixteen grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
