It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Groves (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on November 8, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Smith and Ethel Smith (Boyd); her husband James Groves (Jim); her son James Anthony Groves; her siblings, Leora Blackwood (Dolly), Louise Hayes and Finis Smith; and her son-in-law Charles Mock.

She is survived by: her children, Theresa Mock of Fort Smith and Joe Groves of Texas; her grandchildren, Craig Miller, Kelly Miller Freeman (Nicholas), Meghan Webster and Connor Groves; and her great grandchildren, Madeleine Newman and Mikah Newman.
