It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Marie Norris of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Waterford, Mississippi, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Billingsley and Ruby Cooper Billingsley; and her husband Richard Emerson Norris. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Cazzell (Richard) of Fort Smith; her stepdaughter Jeanne Flores (James) of Leander, TX; her siblings, Patricia Swift of Jackson, TN and Lynn Billingsley of Hot Springs; her grandchildren, Brittney Moore (Topher), Jeffrey Cazzell (Christina), Jesse Cazzell (Kelsey), Joe Cazzell (Megan), Lydia Flood (Seth) and Bethany Nopajaroonsri (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Jaxon, Truett, Esther, Graceyn, Lillian, Elijah, Ross, Cole, Natalie, Eden, Liam, Millie, Clara, Owen, Annalie, Coen and Eva.
