She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hurley and Alma Hurley (Reather); her husband Charles A. Mackey, Sr.; and her siblings, Doris Evans, Celestine Hoedl, Angyln Berdan and Harold J. "Bill" Hurley, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Mary Lou Mackey Magallanes (Henry) of Carlsbad, CA, Charles A. Mackey, Jr. (Stephanie) of Fort Smith and Darrin L. Mackey (Karen) of Centerton; and her grandchildren, John Mackey, Eric Mackey, Jessica Mackey Fenwick, Paul Minnick III, Meghan Magallanes Dupriest, David Mackey and Erin Mackey Baggett. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
