He was predeceased by: his brother Christian Payton; and his grandmother Mary Ann Floyd. He is survived by: his parents, Alicia McCann (Brian) of Fort Smith and Steve Payton (Lindy Payton) of Fort Smith; his daughter Aspen Payton of Greenwood; his siblings, Jason Payton (Tracy) of Fort Smith, Jeff Payton (Melinda) of Greenwood, Jimbo Payton of Hackett, Easton Stroud (Amanda) of Fort Smith, Brianna Barnett (Josh) of Fort Smith and Stephanie Payton of Hackett; his stepsiblings, Seth McCann of Fort Smith, Allyx Howard (Phillip) of Barling and Jordan DuVall (Jeff) of Lavaca; and his grandparents, Harold, Betty Payton of Fort Smith and Frank Folsom of Hackett. He is also survived by many other nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, loved ones and friends.
