With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annette (Burks) Kagen of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on October 2, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Burks and Cletus Burks of Fort Smith. She is survived by: her husband John Kagen; her children, Brett Szczerba, Amy Townley, Karen Barry and Kim Miller of Greenwood; and her stepson Keith Kagen. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren; she also has five sisters.
