With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anne Slicker of Fort Smith, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Anne farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Anne is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Michayluk and Helen Michayluk (Mulka); her husband Carl Slicker; her son Ron Schwietzer; and her siblings, Julian Michayluk and Stella Michayluk Bahniuk.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Schwietzer; her granddaughter Annie Aviles; her great grandchild Jayda Cravey; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Michayluk. She is also survived by sister; and three nieces.
