We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2022, at the age of 87, Anna Belle Damron of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Bass, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Ann Damron of Fort Smith, David Damron (Karen) of Fort Smith, AR and James G. Damron (Shawn) of Benton County, AR; her sisters, Rebecca Godbey of Charleston, AR, Patricia McCombs of Tulsa, OK and Nancy Kay Thompson; her grandchildren, Emily Beaty (Jon) of Fort Smith, John Damron of Denver, CO, Leslie Luminar'e of Eureka Springs, AR and Allen Damron of Tulsa, OK.; and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Willow, Lauren and Oaklynn.
Anna was a homemaker, a member of First Presbyterian Church, past president and volunteer of Sparks Guild, past treasurer of the Fort Smith Art Center for many years; she volunteered for the Fort Smith Museum of History and did taxes for AARP and RSVP.
