She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Otts and Francis Ann Otts; and her brother Ronald Otts. She is survived by: her sons, Kwincee May and Bryce Otts of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and her siblings, Dorothy (Robert McLellan), Kim (Jeff Dillon), Tammie Otts of Greenwood, Angela Otts of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Ken (Sandra Otts), Billy (Charlotte Otts), Chuck (Sofia Otts) and Nick (Angenette Otts).
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel (201 N 12th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
