He is survived by: his mother Betty Jo Sangster (Edwards) of Fort Smith; his sister Janie David of Barling; and his half-siblings, Betty Baty of Fort Smith, Virginia Bender of Fayetteville and Kenneth Cole of Muldrow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
