It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Lee Highsmith of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in San Angelo, Texas, who passed away on June 20, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Higgie Highsmith, Sr. and Susan Deanna Brown; his wife Aletha Highsmith (Patty); and his siblings, Deanna Highsmith and Higgie Highsmith, Jr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Katherine Brown of West Texas, Samantha VanStory of West Texas, Evelyn Glosenger of West Texas, Stormie Muller of West Texas, Charles Highsmith of Alma and Willie Highsmith of West Texas; his stepdaughter Tara Pearson; and his grandson Jakolbee Pearson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
