He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Almeda "Peggy" Hayslip-Rector. He is survived by: his children, Darrell (Char) of Tampa, David (Patsy) of Booneville, Daniel (Debbie) of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Delores (Greg Hurd) of Fort Smith. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
