He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Lunsford and Alma Lunsford; and his son Jerry Lee Lunsford (Kay) of Carbon City. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Lunsford; his sons, Ricky Lunsford (Nancy) of Poteet and Phillip Lunsford of Fort Smith; his sister Carol Jean Osborne of Booneville; and his grandchildren, Shana, Chad, Kyle, Heath and Casey Lunsford. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
