It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Charlene Powell of Forrest City, Arkansas, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lonnie Tatum and Francis Hadley Tatum; her husband Bobby Powell; her son Leon Whitehead of Forrest City; her stepsons, Franklin Powell of Colt and Johnny Powell of Marion; and her daughters, Marie Knight (David Carden) of Forrest City and Snelson Kimble (Mike) of Forrest City. She was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
