With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Ramsey of Forrest City, Arkansas, born in Marianna, Arkansas, who passed away on August 6, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Eugene Perry and Alice Marie Elizabeth Roy; her siblings, James Donny Perry, Linda Gail Swan and Patti Michelle Novotney; her daughter Melissia Thigpan; and her grandson Chris Thigpan.
She is survived by: her husband Lavoy Ramsey; her sons, Carl Andrew Martin (Leticia), Franklin Allen Westbrook (Cindy) and Anthony Ramsey; her son-in-law Arnold Thigpan; her daughters, Vickey Barber (Dwight) and Sarah Lindsey (Robert); her siblings, Sue Hughes (Max), Mary Lewandowski (Brian), Karen Baugus, Charles L. Perry (Julie), Michael Coulombe (Fenita) and Kevin Coulombe; and her grandchildren, Amber, Tyler Martin, Stephen Martin, Candace Westbrook, Emma Westbrook, Olivia Westbrook, Roger Fletcher, Brian Westbrook, Anna Hogan, Dwight Barber, Kaitlin Thigpan, Jacob Thurmond, Joyce Thurmond and Dalton Lindsey. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; Nieces; nephews other relatives and friends.
