She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Melendez. She is survived by: her parents, Mark White and Darlene White of Forrest City, AR; and her siblings, Miranda White, Jennifer White, Heather White and Virgle Smith. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
