It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard William Dooley of Forrest City, Arkansas, who passed away on April 26, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Wesley Dooley and Mary Harris Dooley of Virginia; his wife Margarette Pannell; his children, Diana Finley of Fort Myers Beach and Bill Dooley (Maurica) of Colt; his grandsons, Christopher Finley (Nicky), Joshua Dooley (Kathryn) and Alex Dooley; his great grandchildren, Caden Finley, Aubrey Finley, Beau Dooley and Cash Dooley; and his siblings, Jimmy Dooley, Martha Ball, Montine Thomas and Linda Fowler.
