He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Scott; his daughters, Anitra Scott, Stephene Garrett (John Garrett), Brandy Dillingham (Michael Dillingham) and Denise Scott; and his grandchildren, Charles Burney Jr., Alysha Burney and Leah White. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
