She is survived by: her mother Joyce Fair (Renfro) of Heber Springs; her husband Tim Smith of Forrest City; her daughter Lauren Smith of Forrest City; and her brothers, Larry Fair (Melanie) of Bridgeport and Michael Chism of Forrest City. She is also survived by friends; and plenty of four-legged children.
