He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton Foltz and Alma Mae Foltz; and his brother Glenn Foltz. He is survived by: his wife Donna Buckley Foltz; his children, Scott Foltz of Marion, Chris Foltz of Wynne and Angie Foltz Ferguson of Connecticut; his brother John Foltz of Jonesboro; and his grandchildren, Kristin Thomas, Ashley Pettus, Scott Foltz, Jr., Maggie Foltz, Dustin Pettus, Ashton Simmons, Alex Meredith, Carli Jo Foltz and Jasmine Miestala. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
