He is survived by: his wife Diane Meek; his children, Eric Phillips (Mandy) of Granada, Jonathan Phillips (Samantha) of Wynne, Matthew Dowden (Rachel) of Bono, Nathan Dowden (Katie) of Blanchard and Misty Smock of Indianapolis; and his siblings, David Phillips of Forrest City, Velma Padgett of Heth, Linda Willis of Wynne, Betty Walls of Colt, Brenda White of Widener, Pam Carter of Arizona and Penny Davis of Forrest City. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
