He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Guy Lindsey Proctor, Sr. and Lillie Keathley Proctor; his wife Verna Sue; his children, Guy Lindsey Proctor, III of Olive Branch and Allison Proctor Thomas (Curt) of Coldwater; his grandchildren, Bailey Thomas and Dillon Thomas; his siblings, Caroline Proctor of Fayetteville, Keath Proctor of Memphis and Patricia Kay Proctor; and also Lille Proctor of Jonesboro.
