She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harvey Smith and Ethel Lucille Kimble Smith; her siblings, Will R. Smith, James O. Smith, Jewell Barnes and Margaret Zane; and her grandson Ed Harrison.
She is survived by: her husband William Lloyd Thomas; her children, William Earl Thomas of Colt, Richard Allen Thomas of Forrest City, Steven Ashley Thomas of Forrest City and Ruth Ann Harrison of Wynne; and her sisters, Thelma Fryer of Forrest City and Joy Sue Owens of Hardy. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
