It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Ballard in Forrest City, Arkansas, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ballard and Neva Hawk Ballard; his wife Wanda Woodruff; his siblings, Thelma Jones of Holub Crossing, Vada Minick of Little Rock, Margie Cox of Parkdale, AR and George Ballard of Marianna; and his grandson Jason Brooks.

He is survived by: his children, Rita Brooks (Greg), Charles Wayne "Charlie" Ballard (Terri) and James Louis "Jamie" Ballard (Angela). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
