It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Taylor Dodson of Forrest City, Arkansas, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ernest Taylor and Olive Cobbled Taylor Huckaba; and her husband Thomas Dodson Jr. (Tommy). She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Dodson-King (Spencer King) of Memphis and Hallie Dodson-Swenson (Matt Swenson) of Raleigh; her grandsons, Ethan, Colin, Liam King, Thomas and Alex Swenson; her siblings, Christie Howton (Brent) and Jim Taylor (Carol); and her sister-in-law Gladys Scott. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to be made to UAMS College of Nursing or St. Luke's United Methodist Church UCC Food Pantry in Memphis, Tennessee.
