He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Joe Northcutt and Patricia Woodard Northcutt Hinkle; his wife Janet Brown; his children, Justin Northcutt (Jodi) of Elm Springs, Curtis Northcutt (Natalie) of Rogers, Jared Northcutt (Kathryn) and Jordan Plyler (Blake) of Little Rock; his siblings, Ronnie Northcutt (Virginia) of Weiner, Roger Northcutt (Eva) of Marianna and Patti Northcutt of Forest City; his sister-in-law Terrye Northcutt Vowell of Moro; his brother Rusty Northcutt; and his nephew David Graham. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
