She was predeceased by: her parents, Burrell L. Stephens and Anna B. Biggerstaff Stephens. She is survived by: her children, Melanie Beazley, Jonny Beth Clapp, Jamie Beazley and James Walton Beazley IV; her brother David Stephens (Linda); and her grandchildren, Daniel Keith Clapp and Anna Lee Clapp.
In lieu of flowers memorials are to be made to the First Baptist Church Children's Ministry, 507 N. Rosser, Forrest City, Arkansas, 72335.
