She was predeceased by: her mother Quible Pinell Miller; her grandparents, Rev. Albert Austin, Quible Pinell Austin and Mary Doyle; her son Stephon Billups; and her brothers-in-law, David Jones, Santonnieyeo "Tony" Wallace, Dedrick and Butler.
She is survived by: her father Floyd Billups; her husband Martin "Ralo" Hinds; her children, Steven "Treetop" Billups of Pine Bluff, AR, Denzel, Keyola Hinds of Jonesboro, AR, Topeka Lucas of Forrest City, AR, Kela Hinds of St. Louis, MO and Jebarri Smith of Forrest City, AR; and her siblings, Rosetta Austin of Jacksonville, AR, Janice Wallace of Forrest City, AR, Quible Butler of Marianna, AR, Jessica Billups of Haynes, AR, Big Floyd Billups of Memphis, TN, Terrance and Floyd "JRoc" Billups of Madison, AR. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
