He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Hulse and Cecil Leona Browning Hulse; his wife JoAnn Wooten Hulse; and his siblings, J. D. Hulse, Gene Hulse, Doris Smith, Margie Fikes, Edna Guenther, Don Hulse, Bobby Hulse and Billy Hulse.
He is survived by: his son Jim Hulse (Dana) of Fordyce; his sister Shirley Brooks of Pine Bluff; his grandchildren, Lane Hulse (Samantha) of Little Rock and Lacie Bell (Whitt) of Hickory Plains; and his great grandchild Maddox Hulse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
