He was predeceased by: his wife Connie; and his parents, Orison Wade and Marilyn Wade. He is survived by: his children, Kristen Wade, Kevin (Taylor) and Kirk Wade (Katelyn); his siblings, Sandra Hendricks, Michael and Bruce Wade; and his grandchildren, Osiris, Persephone, Dax and Leighton.
