She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Lindsey and Laura Williamson Lindsey; her husband Roger Ray Pennington, Sr.; her children, John Douglas Pennington, Jo Nell Mobbs and Mary Beth Jones; and her siblings, Rev. Bud Lindsey, Henry Lindsey, Jessie Ray Lindsey, Pat Jones, Mary Lou Johnson, Sue Bussell and Betty Shankle.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Pennington, Jr. of Fordyce, Ronnie Ray Pennington of Fordyce, Donnie Ray Pennington of Lockesburg, Elizabeth Peebles of Thornton, Theresa Evans of Bearden, Connie Beaver of Fordyce and Tracey Rogers of Bearden; and her sisters, Jane Pennington of Waldo, Gladys Broach of Little Rock and Doris Beaver of Camden. She is also survived by twenty two grandchildren, and twenty eight great grandchildren.
