He was predeceased by: his parents, W. J. "Dub" Morgan and Martha Jean Morgan; his wife Lanelle Henderson Morgan; his daughter Lori Lynn Nichols; his sister Evelyn Bowen; and his nephews, Dennis Morgan and Jason Thompson.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; his sons-in-law, Bret Nutt of Fordyce and Warren Nichols of Thornton; his sister Virginia Mann of New Edinburg; his grandchildren, Kyle Nichols, Morgan (Sawyer Stanton), Suellen (Seth West), Austin Hugh (Marla Nutt) and Mason (Warren West); and his great grandchildren, Will, Adleigh, Moseley, Blaine and Mac.
He donated to the Log a Load for Kids program that was instrumental in the advancement of Arkansas Children's Hospital.
