He is survived by: his mother Gail Kelly of Locust Bayou; his wife Mendy Kelly; his sons, James Ray, Jeb Allen and Jesse Lee Kelly of Locust Bayou; his brother Chad Kelly (Lenee) of Conway; his brothers-in-law, Tony Selby of Ozark and Derek Williams (Frances) of Camden; his mothers-in-law, Cindy Selby of Bearden and Lanell Williams of Bearden; and his sister-in-law Amy Hurst (Andy) of Woodberry. He is also survived by seven nieces, two nephews, one great niece and five great nephews, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.
