He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Hornaday of Utah and Mildred Tubbs Hornaday; and his sister Susan Hornaday. He is survived by: his children, Bill Hornaday of Bloomington, IN, Danny Hornaday of Jefferson, Steve Hornaday (Christy) of Maumelle and Lori Freeman of Hot Springs; and his sister Linda West of Fordyce. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
