He was predeceased by: his wife Victoria Lee Toney (Turner); his parents, Willie Lee Toney Sr. and Odessa Toney; his siblings, Mary Louise Erby (Toney), Rev. Willie Toney Jr. and Rev. Marvin Toney Sr.; his aunt Eunice Cross; and his uncle Hershel Roberson.
He is survived by: his children, Tracie Rogers (Courtney) of Fordyce, AR, Ronald Turner (Stacy Jackson) of Fordyce, AR, Tiffany Toney of Louisana, Tia Toney of Louisana and Chelsea Broughton (Damion Thomas) of Fordyce; his grandchildren, Skyler Smith and Kai Turner; and his siblings, Wayne Toney'Bishop (Suzette), Dessie Johnson of Carthage, AR, Dessie Bradford (David) of Mayflower, AR and Regina Thompson (Jessie) of Malvern, AR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins: friends.
