He is survived by: his sons, Jackie Melton (Becky) of Grand Prairie, TX, John Melton (Deb) of Tallahassee, FL and Phillip George, Jr. (Liz) of Russellville; his cousin Jeff Stover of Sheridan; and his grandchildren, Leslie, Michael, Rachel, Andrea, Allyson, Jason, Christina and John William.
